We market your property’s availability using traditional on the ground marketing campaigns, targeted internet campaigns, and invitations for viewings throughout our extensive international and domestic buyer and seller network.

Leasing
management

We offer rental services that
require that all potential tenants
complete a complete application that
includes: credit check, credit references
previous landlords, references of
employment and personal references.

Lease
Renewals

We negotiate contract renewals around
40 days before the due date, and may
increase in value based on the
market research. Owners are
always consulted about the increase in
rent and / or other necessary improvements
for the property.
